Services

GTE provides its customers with all-round support in organising passenger services, including 'charter' services, on the Italian and foreign railway network:

• planning the service, which includes defining the customer's needs in terms of timetable services and rolling stock;
• request for train paths;
• running the train with its operating staff;
• organisation of ancillary services, including assistance to travellers with reduced mobility, organisation of accompanying car services, train cleaning and sanitation, and water supply;
• our staff are trained, qualified and certified and hold railway licences for Train Driving, Accompaniment and Preparation.
